Apple Cake
A delicious recipe made from our delicious apples!
Servings: 6 servings
Equipment
- 9x13 pan
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 ¾ cups sugar
- 6 peeled, cored, chopped apples
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all together. Bake in greased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool. Can frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar. We like it plain!
